Hire Rates

Rates of hire valid from 01/09/2025

MAIN HALL (classes, meetings, functions and preparations for functions)	£16.00 per hour £14 per hour for regular hirers £25 per hour after midnight
COMMITTEE ROOM	£10.00 per hour
PRE-HEATING (use of central heatiung prior to hiring)	one hour free, then £3.00 per hour
KITCHEN (for cooking and food preparation)	£10.00 per hiring session

• Above rates include full use of furniture and available equipment.
• All breakages, shortages and damage to hall artefacts to be paid for as per hire agreement supplied by VH hiring clerk.
• A £50 deposit must be paid in advance of the date of hire.
• Please contact the Committee Chairperson if in doubt.
• As stated in the hire agreement, all facilities, hall areas and equipment to be left as found otherwise all or part of the £50.00 retention fee will be forfeited.
